Invitation of Applications for the Post of Data Entry Operator (Contractual)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment on contract basis to the post of Data Entry Operator in the district. The details are as follows:

🔹 Post Details

• Name of Post: Data Entry Operator (Contractual)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Monthly Remuneration: ₹19,500/- per month

• Reservation Status: Unreserved

• Contract Period: Up to 28.02.2027 (extendable as per requirement)

🔹 Educational & Other Qualifications

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination from an institution recognized by the State Government.

2. Must have passed the Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) conducted by MP IT.

3. Must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.

4. Qualification in both Hindi and English typing in CPCT is mandatory (typing score will not be included in merit).

🔹 Age Limit

• Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026.

• Upper age limit is 45 years for Women / Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Class candidates.

🔹 Selection Procedure

• Selection will be made on the basis of merit list prepared from the Computer Proficiency marks obtained in CPCT examination.

🔹 Last Date for Submission of Application

• 16 January 2026 (Friday)

🔹 Application Process

• Applications in the prescribed format must be submitted on or before the last date to:

  The Collector & District Election Officer (Local Election),
  District Balaghat (Madhya Pradesh)

  either by Speed Post or in person.
