Notice for Claims and Objections regarding Tender for Providing Outsourced Technical and Multi-Tasking Staff Services.

By office letter no. 1269/Census 2026/Balaghat dated 20/02/2026, e-tenders were invited for providing outsourced services of Technical Assistants and Multi-Tasking Staff for census work in District Balaghat.

A total of 22 technical bids received online on the tender portal up to 16/03/2026 were opened on 17/03/2026 in the afternoon in the presence of the committee members. The total 22 bids received were examined online/physically.

As per the scrutiny sheet/checklist, the documents submitted by the bidders at serial numbers 1 and 3 were found complete. The technical bids of the remaining bidders from serial numbers 2 and 4 to 22 were found to have incomplete documents.

The concerned bidders are hereby informed online/physically regarding the incomplete documents and are granted 02 days’ time to submit claims/objections online/physically from 21/04/2026 to 22/04/2026 up to 05:00 PM.
