Brief notice inviting tenders for providing one vehicle on rent for tehsils of the district on permanent basis and for hiring vehicles in other offices

For the use of all the twelve tehsils of Balaghat district, one Bolero vehicle on monthly rent or its equivalent vehicle with maximum price limit of Rs. 6.50 lakh or its equivalent rented vehicle is to be made available for travel at the headquarters and outside the headquarters. Therefore, for this, e-tender is invited from interested tenderers / firms in the attached tender form till 11.30 am on 14/10/2024. The said tender will be opened by the members of the tender committee constituted by the office during office hours on 15/10/2024, 24 hours after the last date and time of inviting the tender.
