Ref. No.: 0001/A-82/Year/2025-26 — For the construction of an overbridge at Railway Km 1045/2-3, Level Crossing BK-2 on Balaghat–Katangi section, land from Bhetera Road 1313 meters, from Rani Avantibai Chowk to St. Mary School, is being acquired. Since the State Government is of the opinion that the land described in columns (1) to (4) of the attached schedule, as specified in column (6), is required or likely to be required for a public purpose, therefore, as per the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, notification has been published by the Collector, Balaghat. Accordingly, all concerned persons are hereby informed that the State Government authorizes the officer mentioned in column (5) of the schedule to exercise powers under Section 15 with respect to the said land.
Any person having rights over the said land and/or claiming compensation, rehabilitation, or resettlement for such rights, may file their objections with detailed information before the Collector, Balaghat within 60 days at this office.
