Hereby, in the limits of Municipal Council Waraseoni, M.P. Under Rule 23(6) of the Gazette dated 21 September 2021, a public notice is published after finalizing the layout including its estimates for providing civil infrastructure in the following unauthorized colonies. Everyone should be informed:-

A total of 545 tenders have been received on the mptenders portal under the district. Therefore, on the basis of the number of tenders received and the time taken to print them, the tenders received can be scrutinized by the committee.

Competent authority for the purpose of providing civic infrastructure in the following unauthorized colonies after taking action under Rule 23(4) in the limits of Municipal Council Waraseoni , M.P. The layout of the colony has been prepared in compliance with the Town and Country Investment Act 1973 and the rules made thereunder. The residents of these unauthorized colonies and all the stakeholders are informed through this public notice that they In this regard, you can submit your claims/objections in writing in the office of the undersigned or Municipal Council, Waraseoni within a period of 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, which will be considered appropriately.
