Considering the provisional list issued as per order no./ 482/Nazrat Branch/2025 Balaghat dated 22/01/2025 as the final list, the final list of tenderers found eligible/ineligible in the technical tender for installation of CCTV will be published on https://balaghat.nic.in and the financial tender of the tenderers found eligible in the technical tender will be opened on 07/02/2025 at 2:00 pm on the mptenders portal.

If any tenderers have to present any kind of claim/objection regarding the attachment, then they can present it by appearing in person in Room No. 143 District Nazarat Branch of the Office of Collector Balaghat by 5.00 pm on 27/01/2025. Claim objection received after the said time period will not be considered. The claim objections received from the tenderers will be resolved by the Tender Committee on 28/01/2025.

Open tender is being invited for installation of CCTV (IP) cameras in the office of Collector through https://mptenders.gov.in/. The online publication and invitation date of tender is 18/12/2024 and the last date is 31/12/2024 till 05.00 PM.

The vacant posts of MIS/Data Entry Operator/Peon/Chowkidar at district level and block level under the office of District Education Center Balaghat are filled through outsourcing. For which e-tender is invited from registered firms.

Tender form (tender document) can be obtained from https://mptenders.gov.in by paying Rs.500 from 11.11.2024 to 02-12-2024 at 03.00 PM. Which will be opened on 03-12-2024 at 03.30 PM in front of present tenderers.

If any person/tenderer has any objection regarding opening of financial tender of eligible tenderer and eligible/ineligible tender, then he/she can present his/her claim objection by personally appearing in Room No. 129 Finance/Establishment Branch in this office during office hours till 5.00 PM on 21.11.2024. Claims-objections received after the said time period will not be considered.

Tenders are invited for installation work including CCTV material at the office of the Collector at Balaghat. Interested candidates can obtain the tender form and conditions from the online portal https://mptenders.gov.in from the date of publication of the tender till the evening of 05.00 and submit the tender date 18/11/2024 till the evening of 05.00. Tenders received in the office will be opened online on https://mptenders.gov.in in the presence of the tenderers or one of their representatives at 11.00 pm on 20/11/2024.

Various assessment associated confidential material and survey for the year 2024-25 and 2025-26, printing of different data material document, half-yearly and annual assessment and survey related material of primary and higher education operated under District Education Center Balaghat, e-tender is done anonymously from the Registrar Registrar Institution.

The fee for online e-recommendation approval is Rs.500/- and dedicated (non-stenographic) from the stone plaque which will be payable online and the amount of security fund is Rs.30,000/- back draft, which will be known as “Collector cum Mission Leader Balaghat”. Tenders are invited through e-tender. Apply for tenders through e-tender from 07/10/24 to 19/10/24 online. The received tender will be opened in front of the nomination committee on 21/10/24. at 10.00 pm. Its details are available on the Madhya Pradesh Government website www.mptenders.gov.in.

Therefore, for this, e-tender is invited from interested tenderers / firms in the attached tender form till 11.30 am on 14/10/2024. The said tender will be opened by the members of the tender committee constituted by the office during office hours on 15/10/2024, 24 hours after the last date and time of inviting the tender.
