From 30.09.2023 from 10.00 am onwards, interested tenderers/firms are invited to make arrangements for the work of tent/mic/light/roof/awning etc. at the polling material distribution site, material receiving site, vote counting site and other necessary places for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2023. Tenders are invited in the attached tender form till 05.00 pm on 13.10.2023, which will be opened on the same day at 06.00 pm in front of the tenderers present and the members of the tender committee.

The claims and objections received for 11 public service centers operated under Balaghat district were examined by the constituted tender committee and the supporting team of the committee. After examining the claims/objections, the tenders of the tenderers were made eligible/ineligible as per Appendix-1 (Appendix-1 claims/objections and Appendix-2 final list).

Tenders are invited from GST registered experienced institutions/firms from 30.09.2023 at 10.00 am to 06.10.2023 at 12.00 noon for making distinctive rubber seals and others during the upcoming assembly elections 2023. Which will be searched from 02.00 pm in front of the tenderers and members of the tender committee present on 07.10.2023.

According to the RFP tender process and the instructions received from the government, the documents received in the technical tender were examined by the tender committee formed. After the examination, the provisional list of eligible and ineligible (with reasons) tenderers in the public service center wise technical tender is being released by the committee.

New guidelines have been issued through the letter no. 673/2023/Ralosea/Administration, Bhopal, dated 13/06/2023 from the Director (Administration) State Public Service Agency. Regarding the ongoing tender, Corrigendum No-01 (Corrigendum No-1) has been issued on 04 points, which is attached. Other guidelines will be as per the RFP issued for the tender.
