Therefore, for this, e-tender is invited from interested tenderers / firms in the attached tender form till 11.30 am on 14/10/2024. The said tender will be opened by the members of the tender committee constituted by the office during office hours on 15/10/2024, 24 hours after the last date and time of inviting the tender.

Therefore, for this, e-tender is invited from interested tenderers / firms in the attached tender form till 11.00 am on 29/03/2024. The said tender will be opened by the members of the tender committee constituted by the office on 30/03/2024 at 11.00 am after 24 hours from the last date and time of inviting tenders.

From 30.09.2023 from 10.00 am onwards, interested tenderers/firms are invited to make arrangements for the work of tent/mic/light/roof/awning etc. at the polling material distribution site, material receiving site, vote counting site and other necessary places for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2023. Which will be searched from 02.00 pm in front of the tenderers and members of the tender committee present on 07.10.2023.

According to the RFP tender process and the instructions received from the government, the documents received in the technical tender were examined by the tender committee formed. After the examination, the provisional list of eligible and ineligible (with reasons) tenderers in the public service center wise technical tender is being released by the committee.
